RECOMMENDED BOARD ACTION:
• Staff is requesting the TIRZ Board to discuss and consider the presentation about the administration of TIRZ.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• City staff from Planning, City Manager’s Office, and Finance will give a brief presentation with an overview of the TIRZ program, priorities that have been previously established in meetings, and insight into the financial side of TIRZ. Staff will speak to the location boundaries, financial caps, meritorious exceptions, and review the priorities staff has heard previously from the Board.
