ITEM SUMMARY:
* This item authorizes the City Manager to enter into a roadway impact fee agreement with TIMBER CREEK PROPERTIES LLC, for the construction of Hardin Boulevard and Bloomdale Road, and dedication of right-of-way, generally located north of Wilmeth Road.
* In conjunction with the Timber Creek Development, the applicant is required to construct two lanes of Bloomdale Road (extending approximately 3,510 linear feet), two lanes of Hardin Boulevard (extending approximately 720 linear feet), as well as intersection improvements for Bloomdale and Hardin; and to dedicate the respective rights-of-way (all of which are roadway impact fee credit eligible and shown on the attached roadway exhibit).
