• The City of McKinney Title VI Program (Program) is updated every three years to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The Program has been updated to include specific language regarding major service changes and disparate impact policies.

• The last Title VI Program update was approved by the McKinney Urban Transit District Board in 2021.
