                     Cigna EAP Renewal Agreement from 02/03/2026 through 12/31/26

 

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: 

                     The decision was made to terminate the agreement with Neely EAP effective 02/02/2026 and move back to the Cigna EAP program effective 02/03/2026.

 

FINANCIAL SUMMARY: 

                     The approximate annual cost to transition back to Cigna EAP would be $52,341.00.

The approximate annual cost of Neely EAP is $27,927.60, resulting in a cost difference of $24,413.40
