RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Fishbeck to provide Phase I Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services for schematic design only in conjunction with the Downtown McKinney Parking Structure Project.
* The selected consultant team, Fishbeck, submitted a proposal to provide A/E services for a total of $381,500 for Phase I - for the schematic design of the Downtown McKinney Parking Structure project.
