RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Approval of the Ordinance.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance will modify the location of the two loading zones spaces on the east side of Tennessee Street between Cloyd Street and Davis Street.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• In June 2017, two loading zone spaces were located on the east side of Tennessee Street in the first two parking spaces north of Davis Street. The loading zone spaces were designated in front of Cadence Cycling at the time was located at 129 North Tennessee Street.
• Cadence Cycling has moved northward to 119 North Tennessee Street and Parks Church is redeveloping the location at Tennessee St and David Street where the loading zones spaces are located.
• This Ordinance will modify the location of the loading zones to once again be located in front of Cadence Cycling. The two loading zone spaces will be located on the east side of Tennessee Street in the first two parking spaces south of Cloyd Street.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The modification of the signage and markings for the loading zone spaces will be completed by Parks Church.
