• This Resolution authorizes the formal rejection of all proposals received under solicitation 26-69RFP for Subrogation Recovery Services.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued a Request for Proposals (26-69RFP) for Subrogation Recovery Services on July 3, 2026.
o Advertised in McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record
o Posted on McKinney TV
o 473 matching Bonfire supplier notifications which included (9) Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.
• Out of 473 supplier notifications, nine (9) proposals were received from:
o Alacrity Solutions
o AS&G Claims Administration
o Charlesworth Consulting, LLC
o Claims Management Resources (CMR)
o Downtime Subrogation
o Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc.
o Global Guardian Services
o Peachtree Recovery Services, Inc
o Wilber Group
• The official Q&A Addendum, which addressed vendor-submitted questions and clarifications, was inadvertently omitted from the Solicitation. The proposals were reviewed by Procurement Services and Human Resources, and they elected to reject all proposals. A new RFP is expected to re-issue on October 5, 2026.
