STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the public hearing be closed and the item tabled indefinitely. Consideration of Design Exceptions by the Planning and Zoning Commission is no longer necessary, and the site plan is able to be approved at the staff level.

 

ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is proposing to construct a 16,620 square foot government facility (Fire Station No. 8) on 7.18 acres at 3445 Alma Road.
