RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:                     

                     Adopt the Facility Use Policy for City Hall Conference Rooms and Meeting Spaces

ITEM SUMMARY: 

                     The City of McKinney’s new city hall includes several conference rooms and meeting spaces intended for public use.  The proposed facility use policy creates procedures, regulations, fees, and expectations for the use of the rooms.
