• The City issues a Request for Proposals (26-76RFP) for Air Traffic Control Tower Modernization on July 24, 2026.
o Advertised in McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record
o Posted on McKinney TV
o 199 matching Bonfire supplier notifications which included (1) Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.
• Out of 199 supplier notifications, one (1) proposal was received from ACG Systems, Inc. of Annapolis, MD.
• The proposal received did not align with the needs proposed in the solicitation. The proposal was reviewed by Procurement Services and McKinney National Airport and elected to reject the bid.
