RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approve Resolution

ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract with Aerocloud Systems Inc. for the McKinney National Airport Commercial Terminal Common Use System, for a total contract amount not to exceed $426,186.18.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The scope of the project is to provide a complete solution for common use passenger processing including equipment, software, installation, support and maintenance.

* The new facility will be a 46,000 square foot passenger terminal with four (4) gates and airlines will be launching services at TKI in November of 2026.

* The City issued a Request for Proposals (26-35RFP) to solicit responses from qualified contractors for the Airport Common Use System.
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record
o Posted on McKinney TV
o 478 Supplier Notifications which included historically underutilized businesses (HUB) suppliers.

* Out of 478 supplier notifications, three (3) proposals were received by Procurement Services on Friday, March 6, 2026.

* An evaluation team comprised of employees from the Airport, City Manager's Office, Information Technology, and Procurement Services reviewed the proposals based on the following criteria:

o Pass/Fail: Cloud based
o Pass/Fail: CUPPS certification
o Pass/Fail: 24/7 support
