RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a change order to the Standard Agreement Between Owner and Architect with Parkhill to provide additional architectural and engineering (A/E) services in conjunction with the Master Site Planning for the Multidisciplinary Civic Campus Project.
* Parkhill submitted a proposal to provide surveying services for the referenced project for $98,560.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* On January 20, 2026, the City Council approved the purchase of 111 acre site on the east side of Lake Forest Road just north of Bloomdale Road. The intended uses of this site include a multigenerational recreation center, water pumping station public works and other civic uses. In order to maximize the use of the site in the most efficient way possible taking into consideration environmental, traffic, parking, site circulation, utilities, future expansion, phasing emergency access, open space, and other best development practices, the development of an overall master plan for the site is necessary.
