ITEM SUMMARY:
• This presentation will include a review of information provided by the Planning department as well as information from the Police Department on current regulation standards and enforcement actions.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The Planning Department conducted a land-use presentation on Vape Shops to City Council on June 18, 2026.
• Information regarding illegal activity, enforcement, and possible action from law enforcement was requested to understand all options.
