ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Budget and the 2025-2029 Capital Improvements Program by appropriating $750,000 from the Facilities Improvement Fund balance to the McKinney Performing Arts Center Renovation Project (FC2504) for design and architectural services.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Budget and 2025 - 2029 Capital Improvements Program to fund the project.
• There is a companion agenda item for a professional services agreement for design and architectural services with Architexas of Dallas, Texas related to this project also included in this council session.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Budget and the 2025-2029 Capital Improvements Program by appropriating $750,000 from the Facilities Improvement Fund balance to the McKinney Performing Arts Center Renovation Project (FC2504) for design and architectural services.
• Upon approval of this item and companion agenda item for the professional services agreement for design and architectural services with Architexas of Dallas, Texas, $193,250 will remain in FC2504.
