Summary
Every five years, the City of McKinney looks at it's impact fee program to update the future land use assumptions, population projections, and develop a CIP to support the anticipated growth for the next decade. As part of the ongoing impact fee update, the Planning Department has produced updated population projections for the City of McKinney. These projections provide great value to the city as development patterns continue to shift in a time of economic instability, legislative challenges, and an approaching horizon of buildable area.
