• Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette
• Posted on McKinney TV
• 658 matching supplier notifications
• Out of 658 supplier notifications, one (1) proposal was received on April 30, 2026.
• After reviewing the submission, Procurement Services deemed the submittal non-responsive due to missing required documentation.
• Facilities Construction has been advised to reject all proposals and rebid this project. Procurement Services will work with the department to issue a new solicitation for this project.
