• Consider an extension of the cultural district to include the Cotton Mill.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The Cotton Mill sits approximately one mile outside of the cultural district. They have requested to be included in the Cultural District. Staff is supportive but it would need to go to the TCA for final approval.
