RECOMMENDED BOARD ACTION:
• Discuss as a group the municipal complex exhibit project that Barry Shelton brought forward at the April 3, 2025 regular meeting.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• The Board requested a work session to discuss the proposed timeline narrative, information related to the photographs provided, and additional resources for the proposed timeline exhibit.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Barry Shelton previously presented to the Board about the design concept of an exhibit to be displayed in the breezeway area at the McKinney Municipal Complex.
• The first exhibit proposed in the breezeway area is that of a timeline of the history of McKinney.
• He tasked the Board with reviewing a proposed timeline narrative and photographs, provided on a flash drive to members of the Board.
