ITEM SUMMARY: 

                     Staff and Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. (Parkhill) will provide a presentation on the preliminary site planning concepts for the North Civic Campus (NCC), including the proposed arrangement and integration of the project's primary facilities.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: 

                     On February 3, 2026, Resolution 2026-02-011R was approved by City Council authorizing Parkhill to provide a Master Site Planning Study for the North Civic Campus Project.

                     The North Civic Campus is currently envisioned to include a multigenerational recreation center, a Public Works facility, and a potable water pumping station. The Master Site Planning Study is evaluating potential site layouts and land use concepts to support the long-term operational needs of these facilities while maximizing opportunities for shared infrastructure and campus integration.
