RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Award annual service contract 11-04SC to provide Plumbing Services on an “as needed” basis.

• Bid opening for Bid Number 11-04SC was held on November 4, 2010
• Bid request was advertised and specifications were made available via the internet
• Total of three (3) bids were received
• Recommended as best evaluated bid with highest weighted score is Brent Murley Plumbing of Van Alstyne, Texas
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Contract shall commence on date of award and continue for a three (3) year period with two (2) one year renewal options.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Funds will be encumbered as needed for the jobs that may arise during this contract period.
