                     This Resolution authorizes the formal rejection of all bids received under Solicitation 25-26AC for Traffic Signal & Miscellaneous Traffic Construction.

                     The City issued an Invitation to Bid (25-26AC) for Traffic Signal & Miscellaneous Traffic Construction on February 21, 2025.

o                     Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record

o                     Posted on McKinney TV

o                     2722 matching Bonfire supplier notifications which included 06 Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.

                     Out of 2722 supplier notifications, one (1) bid was received from EARTC of Manor, TX.
