RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Discuss on possible nominations of candidate(s) to the Board of Directors to the Collin Central Appraisal District.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• The City of McKinney has 187 votes to cast in the election of the Board of Directors for the Central Appraisal District.
• The terms of office will be two years beginning January 1, 2018.
• Each voting unit may nominate from one to five candidates.
• A written resolution from the presiding officer should include the name and address of each candidate nominated.
• The Resolution must be delivered to the Chief Appraiser before October 14, 2017.
