ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution Authorizes the City Manager to approve an additional Aero-medical services Operator at McKinney National Airport.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Dale Aviation dba Medical Air Rescue Company has acquired a private hangar at McKinney National Airport and wishes to conduct its business from that hangar.
• Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 773.0573 requires Dale Aviation/Medical Air Rescue Company to apply for licensure along with a letter from the City that approves their operation from the Airport.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The Airport will benefit from the sale of fuel to Dale Aviation/Medical Air Rescue Company.
