RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract in the amount of $79,800.00, as well as all required supplemental agreements thereto, with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for professional landscape architectural services for the Master Plan for the Al Ruschhaupt Park Restroom / Concession Renovation Project (PK4392), for a total aggregate contract amount, inclusive of any supplemental agreements, not to exceed $82,000.00.
* The master plan will include recommendations related to updating the athletic fields, hike and bike trails, signage, concession and restroom buildings, shade structures, parking lots, disc golf course, and other general park improvements. The amenities for the park will be determined by the City through facilitated public meetings and illustrated on the conceptual master plan.
* Scope of Services:
o Basic Master Plan Services $ 79,800.00
o Contingency $ 2,200.00
Total $ 82,000.00
