RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* The master plan will provide a framework for needed improvements to the soccer complex. The plan will focus on parking, circulation, field improvements, enhanced landscaping, additional restrooms, pedestrian connectivity, park amenities (playgrounds, splash pad, etc.), signage and auxiliary structures.
* Also included in this scope is the design of a maintenance and storage shed with potential restrooms.
* This agenda item will authorize a professional services contract with DCBA Landscape Architecture to provide landscape architectural and engineering services related to the master planning of the McKinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch in a contract amount of $64,335 and not to exceed $67,000.
* Scope of Services:
o Basic Master Plan Services $ 64,335.00
o Contingency $ 2,665.00
Total $ 67,000.00
