* Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes a preconstruction services contract to provide complete preconstruction services related to the design and construction of the McKinney Municipal Service Center - North Campus located at 3501 North Central Expressway, McKinney, Texas 75071.
* The selected consultant, Crossland submitted a proposal to provide preconstruction services for the McKinney Municipal Service Center - North Campus for $5,000.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The City issued a request for qualifications (21-30RFQ) to solicit responses from qualified firms for construction of the McKinney Municipal Service Center North Campus.

o 1,099 matching eBid Supplier Notifications
o Including 46 HUB supplier notifications
* Out of 1,099 supplier notifications, twenty-two (22) statements of qualifications (SOQs) were received on February 15, 2021.
