STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the public hearing be continued and the item tabled to the April 27, 2021 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting due to notifications signs not being posted on the subject property in the timeframe required by the Zoning Ordinance.
ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is proposing a rezoning request to rezone approximately 10.7 acres of land, generally to allow for governmental uses and to allow for a telecommunications tower.
