Summary
ITEM SUMMARY:
• In order for a governmental entity to enroll in the Local Government Investment Cooperative (LOGIC), the following procedures should be performed.
• Submit the LOGIC Resolution to the entity’s governing body for approval
• Complete the LOGIC Additional Party Agreement which is the last page of the LOGIC Participation Agreement. This document should be signed by the head of the entity’s governing body.
• Complete a LOGIC Bank Instruction Form for each account to be opened
