RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Staff recommends that the public hearing be closed and the item tabled indefinitely as an amendment to Chapter 146 (Zoning Regulations), Appendix G-1 (MTC - McKinney Town Center Regulating Plan) of the Code of Ordinances is no longer necessary.
ITEM SUMMARY: The purpose of this amendment is to modify the “MTC” - McKinney Town Center regulating plan map (appendix G-1) of the zoning ordinance in order to incorporate less than one acre of additional land into the zoning district.
