ITEM SUMMARY:
• The City of McKinney’s Title VI Program was reviewed by the FTA, and minor revisions to the City’s adopted Program were requested. The Program has been revised to address all matters requested by the FTA. A redline of the changes is provided herewith. Staff recommends approval of the revised Title VI Program.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The Title VI Program was submitted on 08/16/2018 and is effective from 12/01/2018 to 11/30/2021.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Board approval of the Title VI Program is needed to ensure continuous grant funding.
