                     The LAB consists of seven voting members and serves to provide advice and counsel to the Director of Libraries, the City Manager, and the City Council in matters relating to the services rendered by the library.

                     The LAB shall fulfill duties and responsibilities in accordance with City Code of Ordinances, Chapter 50, Article II
