* McKinney Community Development Corporation will conduct a public hearing on a retail development infrastructure grant application submitted by CPJK, LLC (dba Gather) for exterior infrastructure improvements at Gather, 207 East Virginia, McKinney
* The scope of work to replace the grease trap includes excavation, installation of new piping, rerouting of a vent, installation of a new outlet, and water testing on piping and interceptor.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* Gather is a small venue in Historic Downtown McKinney. Established in 2011. The venue hosts weddings, receptions, parties and business gatherings.
* In May 2021, the venue's grease trap started overflowing. Last inspection had been conducted in April 2021.
* To be fully functioning and able to host events with food/beverage, the property requires a new grease trap.
