• A presentation of the library’s updated Long Range Plan, including target goals and strategic initiatives to accomplish through 2027.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The library develops a long range plan in 5 year cycles. This is required for State Accreditation, but also serves to guide library initiatives and services.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• No Financial Impact.
BOARD OR COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
• The Library Advisory Board supports adopting the plan as presented.
