ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes a construction services contract to provide complete preconstruction services related to the design and construction of the McKinney National Airport Airfield Maintenance and Storage Building located at the McKinney National Airport, McKinney, Texas 75069.
* The selected consultant, Crossland Construction Company, Inc. submitted a proposal to provide preconstruction services for the McKinney National Airport Airfield Maintenance and Storage Building for $15,000.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The City issued a request for qualifications (22-31RFQ) to solicit responses from qualified firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the McKinney National Airport Airfield Maintenance and Storage Building.
