RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• The City Council of the City of McKinney authorizes the City Manager to execute an amendment to increase the GMP for the contract with Crossland Construction Company, Inc., the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the McKinney Municipal Service Center - North Campus Project (MMSC-NC) in the amount of $30,000.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The MMSC-NC project requires an additional scope of work to reconfigure the Fleet Division for more efficient operations.
• The proposed amount of the increase is $30,000 for the additional scope of work.
• With City Council approval, Crossland will be notified and the scheduled completion date will not change.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The funding for this additional scope of work will come from existing project funds.
• With approval of this item, the total project budget remaining in project FC2058 will be $153,234.
