ITEM SUMMARY:
• This amends the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Annual Budget by appropriating $500,000 from the TIRZ 1 Fund balance to environmental remediation at 341 E Virginia and 200 N McDonald Street.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• This project is aligned with the TIRZ 1 project plan set on September 1, 2010 and has a corresponding agenda item for the project on the June 21, 2022 TIRZ 1 Board meeting.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The budget will be amended by appropriating $500,000 from the TIRZ 1 fund balance.
• This amendment to the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Annual Budget is dependent on the City Council’s approval.
