RECOMMENDED ACTION:
• Receive an update on the municipal complex project designs for the garden at the old Icehouse site.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• Mr. Shelton will present the schematic design of the garden space at the location of the old ice warehouse on the site of the Municipal complex.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Mr. Shelton provided an update on the Municipal Complex and the ice warehouse/Big Bass Towing building at the May 5, 2022, HPAB meeting.
• The design team for that project has since proposed a revised landscape design for the area of the old ice warehouse building.
