RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Approve a resolution redirecting unspent FY22 McKinney Arts Commission
Funds of $9,025 are to be redirected to the FY22 Public Art Fund balance.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after the date of
passage and is so resolved.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• City Council approved the Resolution 2013-11-107(R) which stated ‘that any unspent funds allocated annually to the Arts Commission for support of the Arts in McKinney may be redirected to the Public Art Fund.’
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• $9,025 remain as unspent FY22 Arts Commission funds that may be redirected to the Public Art Fund with City Council approval.
