RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract in the amount of $553,200, as well as all required supplemental agreements thereto, with Kimley - Horn and Associates, Inc. for professional landscape architectural services for the Al Ruschhaupt Connector Road Project (PK2345), for a total aggregate contract amount, inclusive of any supplemental agreements, not to exceed $560,000.
* The Al Ruschhaupt Connector Road Project will provide a park road connection with a vehicular bridge between phase 1 and phase 2 of the original complex along with additional parking and new monument signage. The connector road will allow for the two phases of the complex to be connected for easier traffic flow within the sports complex from one side to the other.
* Scope of Services:
o Design Services $ 553,200.00
o Contingency $ 6,800.00
Total $ 560,000.00
