                     This Resolution authorizes formal rejection of all bids under Solicitation 24-26CC Downton Dumpster Enclosure

 

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

                     The City issued an Invitation to Bid (24-26CC) for the Downtown Dumpster Enclosure on December 3, 2023.

o                     Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record

o                     Posted on McKinney TV

o                     1058 matching eBid supplier notifications which included 52 Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.

                     Out of 1058 supplier notifications, two (2) bids were received and opened by Procurement Services on December 21, 2023. The following is a summary of the bids:
