• This Resolution authorizes formal rejection of all bids under Solicitation 24-26CC Downton Dumpster Enclosure
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued an Invitation to Bid (24-26CC) for the Downtown Dumpster Enclosure on December 3, 2023.
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record
o Posted on McKinney TV
o 1058 matching eBid supplier notifications which included 52 Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.
• Out of 1058 supplier notifications, two (2) bids were received and opened by Procurement Services on December 21, 2023. The following is a summary of the bids:
