ITEM SUMMARY:
* McKinney Community Development Corporation will conduct a public hearing on a Retail Development Infrastructure grant application submitted by Kelly's Art Shack for exterior site improvements including drainage and security enhancements.
* Project elements include new gutters and downspouts to improve storm drainage and prevent internal flooding, and gates and masonry fencing to create an outdoor space and enhance security.
* The addition of this outdoor footprint will support expansion and allow Kelly's to provide events for more clients and to provide opportunities for more participants.

* Kelly's Art Shack was founded in 2018 and has become a vibrant hub of creativity and community engagement.
* Their mission is to foster a space where artistic expression flourishes, events come to life and the community is wove into the very fabric of its existence.
