RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:                     Appoint a Regular member to the CIAC, for a full term effective October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2024. This member must be a representative from the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of the city.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

 

                     The CIAC of McKinney, Texas, was established under Texas Local Government Code, Sec. 395.058, its members consisting of the Planning & Zoning Commission and at least one representative from the city ETJ.

                     These appointed members serve in an advisory capacity on matters related to land use assumptions, the capital improvements plans, and impact fees
