RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Appoint a Regular member to the CIAC, for a full term effective October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2024. This member must be a representative from the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of the city.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The CIAC of McKinney, Texas, was established under Texas Local Government Code, Sec. 395.058, its members consisting of the Planning & Zoning Commission and at least one representative from the city ETJ.
• These appointed members serve in an advisory capacity on matters related to land use assumptions, the capital improvements plans, and impact fees
