* This Resolution authorizes award of a construction contract with Ridgewood Solutions LLC of Richardson, Texas for the Rehabilitation of 905 S Murray Street, McKinney, Texas 75069.
* The Housing Rehabilitation program is for low-and moderate-income homeowners living in substandard conditions.
* Owner Occupied Home Located West of Highway 5 and South of Downtown.

* The City issued an Invitation to Bid (23-15CC) for the Rehabilitation of 905 S Murray Street on December 18, 2022.
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record;
o Posted on McKinney TV;
o 1,167 matching eBid supplier notifications which included 50 HUB suppliers.
* Out of 1,167 supplier notifications, four (4) bids were received on January 19, 2023. The following is a summary of the bids:
