RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Approval of the ordinance.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• This is a budget amendment for the McKinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch to allow for additional resources to renovate the remainder of the complex.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• An accompanying Resolution for a design contract is also on this agenda for City Council approval.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Annual Budget and the 2023-2027 Capital Improvements Program by transferring $1,500,000 from the Parkland Dedication Fund - Zone 3 to the Parks Construction Fund and appropriating the funds into the McKinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch Project PK1906.
• With this amendment, the total project budget will increase from $25,396,384 to $26,896,384.
• Upon approval of the accompanying design contract, $664,468 will remain in project PK1906.
