BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The McKinney Economic Development Corporation consists of seven (7) voting Directors and operates on behalf of the City of McKinney in accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 501.
• In accordance with its Articles of Incorporation, Directors are appointed by the City Council and shall hold office until a successor has been appointed and qualified unless sooner removed or unless the director sooner resigns.
