ITEM SUMMARY:
* McKinney Community Development Corporation will conduct a public hearing on a project grant application submitted by LifePath Systems.
* Project elements include storm drainage, fire protection, electrical and site work for a new facility.
* LifePath is building a 110,000 square foot facility that will allow them to expand their services with new spaces for their Access and Diversion Center, Assisted Community Treatment Program, Level of Care 3 Services, Continuity of Care Services, and Jail Diversion programs. Estimated project completion is June 2025.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* LifePath Systems has a 38-year history of serving individuals and families impacted by behavioral health and intellectual or development challenges, most of whom are low-income, uninsured, and/or Medicaid-eligible.
* LifePath's three core services are behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and early childhood intervention.
* LifePath currently services more than 18,000 individuals annually from various races, ethnicities and cultures.
