• Staff is requesting formal ratification of the option year with DART LGC and programmatic updates as already approved by MUTD Board at the 02/27/2024 board meeting.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• DART LGC and City of McKinney’s ILA for transit services expires 12/31/2024. There are two one year option terms available on this ILA.
