RECOMMENDED ACTION:
• Recommend that City Council approve a resolution for construction.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• The proposed project will include constructing a neighborhood park and will include amenities such as:
o Play structure
o Walking paths
o Boardwalk
o Shade structure
o Parking lot
• On April 18th, the City of McKinney received bids for this project. Staff will provide an update at the Board meeting.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• LJA Engineering recently completed the design of the park.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• This project (PK2109) is a FY23-24 Capital Improvements Program funded by MCDC funds.
