RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Staff recommends that the public hearing be continued and the item tabled to the December 7, 2021 City Council meeting due to notifications signs not being posted on the subject property and required affidavit not being submitted in the timeframe required by the Zoning Ordinance.
