ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the Interim City Manager to formally reject all bids received and related to Bid Number 16-57CC for the Reconstruction of Cole Street from Bass Street to College Street Project.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc., prepared the construction plans for this project which would reconstruct Cole Street from Bass Street to College Street including replacement of water/sewer infrastructure, storm drainage, and paving.
* The City of McKinney issued an invitation to bid (16-57CC) in May, 2016.
* Two (2) bids was received for this project on Friday, June 10, 2016. The following is a summary of the bid:
